二、excel忘记密码怎么解？
1、先找到有工作表保护密码的Excel表格，然后将忘记密码的Excel文件名称后缀由 .xlsx改为 .rar，如果有提示可以忽略，一般不会造成什么影响。
2、用压缩文件打开忘记密码的Excel文件，然后按以下步骤进行操作：xl——worksheets——sheet1.xml（这里是将sheet1工作表设置了保护密码，可根据实际情况选择相应文件名）。

三、Excel文件忘记密码了该怎么办？
推荐使用使用软件 “Office Password Remover”，这个软件能Word、Excel和Access文档密码, 而且速度很快，一般情况下解密过程要要几秒钟就行了。
最好下载版，如果是非版的软件，后的文件很可能出现部分内容遗失的情况。
使用的方法也很简单，双击软件图标，软件弹出的界面看起来很简单，选中“文件夹”图标，这时候指定需要的文档地址，找到忘记密码的Excel文件, 下面的工作软件会自己完成。
如果存在密码，该软件就会自动，速度很快。如果没有密码，会自动显示为None, 表示不用。
